Protein Chebab

  1. In a bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and sugar until combined.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, cardamom, and saffron. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Whey until fully incorporated.
  4. Heat a pan on medium and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  5. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter.
