Alice is a Paralympic, World, European & Commonwealth swimming champion. She was born with bilateral talipes (club foot) and found swimming initially as a non-weight bearing therapy. Over recent years pain in her foot had become chronic and compensatory ailments had developed, so much so that she stepped down from 2020 Paralympics competition to prioritise surgery. Her next major focuses are the 2023 Para World Championships and the 2024 Paris Games.
