In a mason jar or bowl, add oats, milk, chia seeds, yogurt, cinnamon, and honey.

Add casein powder and mix thoroughly until smooth. Casein will thicken the mixture nicely.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning (Suhoor), stir well. Add extra milk if you want a looser consistency.
- Top with dates, nuts, or berries and enjoy!
