SHIPPING POLICY
1. Eligibility for Returns
We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. Delivery is available to residential and business addresses within serviceable areas of each country.
2. Delivery Information
Delivery fees and timelines vary by country. All duties and taxes are covered at checkout — there are no extra payments to make when your order arrives.
UAE Delivery
- Standard Delivery: FREE on all orders, no minimum spend. Timeline – Within 1–2 business days.
Saudi Arabia
- Standard Delivery: charged at our actual courier cost. Timeline – Within 3–5 business days.
Kuwait
- Standard Delivery: charged at our actual courier cost. Timeline – Within 3-5 business days.
Bahrain
- Standard Delivery: charged at our actual courier cost. Timeline – Within 3–5 business days.
Qatar
- Standard Delivery: charged at our actual courier cost. Timeline – Within 3–5 business days.
Oman
- Standard Delivery: charged at our actual courier cost. Timeline – Within 3–5 business days for main cities; longer for remote areas.

Key points:
- VAT still applies: A shipment may fall below the duty de minimis yet still attract import VAT or a flat customs processing fee, depending on the destination's rules (see table above).
- Importer of record: The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for ensuring the goods can be lawfully imported, and for any duties, taxes, or clearance charges payable at destination unless these are shown as collected at checkout.
Upto 3 business days for remote areas
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies to all destinations: duties, taxes, and customs charges are calculated and included in the order total at checkout, and settled by us with our delivery partner. Customers are not asked to pay anything additional to the courier at the point of delivery. Our delivery partner separately charges a customs clearance handling fee of 2% of shipment value or AED 40, whichever is higher, on shipments requiring formal customs clearance — this is built into our landed-cost calculation, not charged to the customer separately.
- Delays: Customs clearance may extend delivery beyond our stated estimates. Delays arising from customs procedures are outside our control.
- Identification: Some customs authorities require the importer of record to provide identification (e.g. national ID, passport, or tax ID) before releasing a shipment.
Where import fees are estimated and collected at checkout for eligible destinations, the amount shown at checkout is the amount payable. Where they are not, any duties or taxes are payable by the recipient at the point of import.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect address details, or failure to be available to receive after reasonable delivery attempts, may incur re-delivery charges.
