Basbousa Protein Bites (No Bake)

  1. In a bowl, mix semolina and Optimum Nutrition Whey. 
     
  2. Add Greek yogurt, honey/syrup, melted butter, and cardamom. 
     
  3. Mix until a soft, dough-like mixture forms. 
     
  4. Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls. 
     
  5. Roll each bite in coconut flakes or crushed pistachios. 
     
  6. Chill for 15–20 minutes to set. 
     
  7. Serve and enjoy.
