Karak Latte Protein Smoothie

  1. Brew a strong cup of karak tea and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Add the karak tea, milk, and 2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Whey into a blender
  3. Add ice cubes.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into a glass and garnish with a light sprinkle of cinnamon.
  6. Serve immediately.
