  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all of the above ingredients in a large bowl till thoroughly mixed
  3. Cover Donut Pan with Calorie Free Nonstick Spray (Butter Flavor)
  4. Pour mixture into pan
  5. Place in Oven for 8 - 10 minutes (check for desired texture)

Ingredients List

  • 1 Scoop Gold Standard 100% Casein
  • 2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Glucomannan
  • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Baking Cocoa

Directions

  1. Place all powered ingredients in a bowl
  2. Mix in almond milk and yogurt
  3. If you have an ice cream maker, pour in mix, add water and run for 30 minutes
  4. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, seal ingredients in a zip lock bag
  5. Fill a separate zip lock bag with ice and add ½ cup of salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  6. Place the sealed bag of ingredients inside the bag of ice and salt. Shake for 10 minutes
  7. Remove small zip lock bag and check to see if ingredients are ice cream consistency

TIP: Putting the ingredients bag in the freezer will thicken the consistency.

  2. Pour mixture into a skillet and place over low heat, stirring frequently, until particles dissolve
  3. Pour into a mold of your choice
  4. Chill in fridge for at least 1 hour

TIP: Non-stick spray the mold beforehand
